He replaces Benigno Lacort, who remains within the organization, taking on new roles as Director of Expansion and Association Development, as well as being responsible for organizing major AMETIC events, including the Santander and Madrid Meetings.

With degrees in Law and Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid and a diploma in French Language and Civilization from the Sorbonne University of Paris, Mª Teresa Gómez Condado also holds a Master's degree in General Management from IESE Business School and a Gold Master's degree from the High Management Forum.

Currently, she was serving as Director of Chamber Coordination at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and as an Independent Advisor at AENOR International.
