Heading into its second year as an independent company after separating from its former parent company, Emerson, Vertiv and its management team are focused on improving customer relationships, optimizing internal information sharing, and shortening innovation cycles across the company. The management team continues to evaluate all aspects of the business, including Vertiv's portfolio of products and services, the markets it serves, its reach, and its global operations.
The full executive team that CEO Rob Johnson has at his disposal now includes Giordano Albertazzi, Frank Bibens, Andrew Cole, David Fallon, Victor Fetter, Colin Flannery, Jason Forcier, John Hewitt, Pat Johnson, Stephen Liang, Tarek Maguid, Gary Niederpruem and Angelica Smallwood.
“During our first year as Vertiv, we’ve strengthened and optimized our internal systems and processes, eliminated wasted resources, and refined our customer focus,” said Vertiv CEO Rob Johnson. “We will focus our progress on investing in employee development and bold, innovative additions to our portfolio, always keeping our customers’ evolving needs in mind.”.
Vertiv and the Management team kicked off 2018 with the acquisition of Energy Labs, a global manufacturer of air treatment solutions, and Geist, a global manufacturer of rack power distribution units.
“The executive team we’ve assembled over the past 12 months has been instrumental in the acquisitions and the ongoing integration of Energy Labs and Geist,” said Johnson. “They bring exceptional experience and enthusiasm to everything we do and have embraced our culture of collaboration, innovation, and transparency.”.
