The association is currently made up of 16 operators and seeks to promote common objectives of the telecommunications operators integrated into ASOTEM, such as regulatory and competition issues, the reduction of operating costs, the implementation of innovation projects, as well as the increase of their international presence, in order to obtain greater efficiency and visibility.

"At a company level, it's very exciting to join ASOTEM. I think it's essential to overhaul the entire telecommunications regulatory framework and adapt it, for example, to the emergence of new cloud-based communications services," explains David Tajuelo, CEO of NFON Iberia.
