The private cloud service offered by Fibernet to Eurosol is based on two virtual servers, TransferZero Web and TransferZero DB, running Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, SQL Server 2012, IIS services, FTP services, etc., and dedicated bandwidth for managing and providing customer access to its portal. To enhance the service, Fibernet has incorporated a backup server, thus ensuring data integrity and security. The firewall system is implemented using pfSense, a certified HTTPS protocol, and is supported by COMODO CA Limited.
Fibernet has added to the Eurosol project a system for monitoring the resources dedicated to its private Cloud, remote monitoring through encrypted SSL or SSH tunnels, definition of network hierarchies, notifications, checking of paralyzed services, etc.
Eurosol has access to the Fibernet Management Portal, a web-based helpdesk system, where it can track the status of incidents in real time, open new cases, check the status of events, systems, equipment, etc., and access project documentation, updates, and user training.
