"The latest trends indicate that CSR is becoming increasingly important for companies to succeed," says Hamish Gray, executive vice president of Keysight. "This report provides insights into our work while demonstrating our commitment to the communities where we operate around the world.".
In addition, Keysight has announced a set of high-impact goals that tangibly demonstrate the company's contributions to improving the planet. These goals support the company's CSR vision, strategy, and planning by providing a set of measures that will benefit the planet, Keysight's shareholders, customers, employees, and the communities where we live and work.

By the end of fiscal year 2020, Keysight plans to:
• Dedicate more than one billion dollars to various philanthropic initiatives, employee volunteering, community sponsorships, and university programs to strengthen communities.
• Provide STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) training to 570,000 students and future engineers through initiatives such as the Keysight After School program, community outreach activities, and by granting university students access to free or discounted solutions.
• Identify two million dollars in cost savings, a 10% reduction in energy conservation, and a 15% reduction in water conservation since the beginning of fiscal year 2015 through efforts focused on resource conservation and efficiency.
• Ensuring that nothing negatively impacts our profit and loss statement or our institutional investment levels by implementing ethical operating procedures and controls, thereby guaranteeing that our ability to deliver solutions that help connect and protect the world remains unaffected.
Gray also commented: “Keysight has made significant progress toward these goals. Building a better world has always been part of Keysight’s DNA, and these measures provide a roadmap for our work, demonstrate our progress, and support the expectations of our stakeholders in this space.”
