The survey was conducted in all EMEA countries to measure customer satisfaction levels in each country and by customer type. As in previous years, Eaton has committed to donating €1 to the Food Bank NGO for every completed survey. Eaton is very pleased with customer participation and, consequently, with the amount that can be donated to this NGO.
Thanks to the responses received, Eaton will be able to develop more effective local action plans, always prioritizing
customer satisfaction, which will be key to its continued success in providing comprehensive and higher-quality customer service.
