The customer will be entitled to two services at no additional cost:

1. For "dead" units, the replacement will be on the next business day at the customer's office.

2. For malfunctioning units that still need transition time, a new unit will be sent to the customer's office the next business day, and they will have 5 business days to send the defective unit to our repair center (Anovo).

The enhanced warranty service will begin on September 1, 2017.

There will be a 2-month trial period starting September 1st with big discounts for projects registered in warranty services, which may be very attractive for resellers, as they can take advantage of this opportunity to make extra profit and offer greater security to the end user.
