In South Carolina, two additional manufacturing facilities are focused on Vertiv™ infrastructure solutions technologies, essential for rapid data center deployment, and are expected to increase regional capacity by approximately sevenfold once fully operational. Vertiv™ integrated power modules provide a complete modular energy infrastructure that can accelerate power system deployment by up to 50% compared to traditional construction, while the Vertiv™ SmartRun is designed to significantly accelerate and optimize data center white space readiness. Vertiv SmartRun is delivered as a unified system with high-density busways, liquid cooling piping, networking, and enclosures, with on-site deployment times up to 85% faster than traditional methods.
Vertiv's rack and enclosure unit in Pennsylvania has launched an additional facility to increase its manufacturing capacity for cabinets with integrated cooling systems for AI applications in high-density data centers. These cabinets enable simpler, repeatable, and faster deployment compared to traditional on-site integration.
An expansion in Mexicali, Mexico, will allow regional capacity to increase by approximately 45% for power conversion, conditioning and distribution technologies intended for high-density AI applications and more traditional loads.
Vertiv’s innovation strategy and portfolio reflect the demands of the AI revolution, which requires infrastructure that functions as a single, integrated system. From the network to the chip and from the chip to heat reuse, Vertiv provides comprehensive infrastructure where power, cooling, IT, and services operate seamlessly and are designed for multiple generations of future computing. Backed by a recent expansion of regional manufacturing capacity and an industry-leading, end-to-end portfolio, Vertiv enables its customers to deploy efficiently and scale without disruption.
