The object of this lawsuit is the marketing of “har-flex” products by Harting, which ERNI considers an illegal imitation of its advanced line of SMC connectors with a 1.27 mm pitch, which has long been established in the market with great success.


There are currently connectors available on the market that resemble ERNI Electronics' SMC components in design style and appearance. Therefore, the company wishes to emphatically state that these connectors are not authorized reproductions of connectors developed by ERNI Electronics, nor are there any commercial agreements with the respective suppliers.
