1. Raritan KVM over IP switches, which use Ethernet and TCP/IP networks to provide remote access, control, and management anytime, anywhere. These switches provide rack access, as well as IP access and control over LAN, WAN, and the Internet.
2. Raritan serial console servers, also called terminal servers. The added value of these serial console servers lies in their ability to provide IT and network administrators with secure access to and control of devices anytime, anywhere.
3. CommandCenter® Secure Gateway (CC-SG). This is a plug-and-play device that provides a single, secure point of access and remote control. Raritan's CC-SG consolidates various remote access technologies, including Dominion® serial console servers and KVM switches, Raritan smart PDUs, service processors, and in-band methods such as RDP, SSH, and VNC.
With CC-SG, users can access and control their entire IT infrastructure from a single system, which offers out-of-band, BIOS-level serial and KVM access to a wide variety of computers and serial devices. CC-SG also supports remote power control via Raritan smart rack PDUs, Servertech CDU1 and PRO2 PDUs, and PDUs managed by Sunbird's Power IQ® management system.
Among its features, the CC-SG stands out for automatically synchronizing output power control with Power IQ and for having a desktop client installed for CC-SG management that requires neither Java nor a browser.
