The controlled movement of the rotor transfers the product by displacement into the stator. During this transfer, the product remains unchanged, and by simply changing the direction of the rotor's rotation, preeflow® ensures a correct and clean final dose.

The microprocessor-based controller is easy to operate (no submenu) and offers graphical support. The pressure kit is monitored and displayed digitally on the screen (Bar or Psi).
Messages regarding the motor and fill level are also monitored. External signals can be connected to a PLC via the I/O ports for controlling automated process lines. A wide variety of dosing programs can be stored.
Quantities of 1µL are really easy to achieve with 99% repeatability.
