Electrification, rehabilitation and the new REBT
The first day, October 6, will begin with a panel dedicated to the rehabilitation and decarbonization of residential buildings. The session will analyze the modernization of existing electrical installations and the maintenance models associated with their safety and efficiency.
A panel discussion will then be held on the new Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT), covering its technical updates, timeline, and implications for various stakeholders in the sector. Representatives from AFME, FENIE, Schneider Electric, Legrand, ABB, and Sonepar Spain will participate.
Industrial cybersecurity and NIS2
The afternoon of October 6th will be dedicated to cybersecurity in industrial and OT environments.
The session will analyze the risks arising from increased connectivity in industrial facilities, with particular attention to the NIS2 directive and the coexistence of new technologies and existing equipment. Participants will include specialists from Schneider Electric, Siemens, Maval, and Sonepar Spain.
Data centers and digital infrastructure
On October 7, the program will initially focus on data centers. The first panel of the day will be dedicated to the technologies and infrastructure used in these types of facilities. Specialists from Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, Legrand, CommScope, Signify, and Nexans will participate, along with representatives from Sonepar Spain.
A second panel will analyze the evolution of data centers, including technologies, development models, and challenges related to these infrastructures. Participants include representatives from Spain DC, Schneider Electric, Nabiax, Sierra Ingeniería Eléctrica, and CommScope.
Artificial intelligence in organizations
Artificial intelligence will be the focus of the afternoon session on October 7th, featuring a masterclass led by David Hurtado, Head of Innovation at Microsoft Spain. The session will address the integration of AI into organizations and its applications in areas such as innovation, productivity, and decision-making, as well as issues related to its adoption and its technological and ethical implications.
Electrification and sustainability
The final day, October 8, will begin with a panel discussion on the role of the electricity sector in decarbonization processes through electrification. Topics related to the circular economy and sustainability will also be addressed, with representatives from Ambiwaste-Ambilamp, Bankinter, Schneider Electric, and Nexans.
Another session will address digital inclusion and the use of technology in areas related to employability, competitiveness, and access to opportunities. Representatives from Kämpe, Sonepar Spain, KPMG, the Randstad Foundation, Schneider Electric, and Legrand Iberia will participate.
The future of the electricity sector
The program will conclude with a panel discussion dedicated to the evolution of the electricity sector in terms of electrification, connectivity, and sustainability. The session will feature representatives from Sonepar Spain, AFME, FENIE, ADIME, Schneider Electric, Signify, and Simon.
