Using VDSmart it is possible to perform a remote fault reset, change the setpoint or view errors after receiving an alert via SMS without being physically next to the equipment.
The VDSmart features a compact and functional design, with quick and easy plug-and-play installation, DIN rail mounting, and two different models, depending on whether it's powered by 230Vac or 24Vdc. Communication between the VDSmart and the drive is via ModbusRTU (Ethernet) or a web interface. Connecting to the VDSmart using a web browser can be done via Wi-Fi, generated by the VDSmart itself, or via Ethernet cable. Data can also be sent via the integrated MQTT protocol using GPRS with a SIM card.
The frequency converters compatible with VDSmart Connect are the LS Electric range (G100/C, H100, S100, iS7) and the Vector Energy VD range.
