The Agilent U8903A audio analyzer is designed to help measure and quantify audio performance in applications such as wireless audio, analog components and integrated circuits, and consumer audio products. With a range of 10 Hz – 100 kHz, the U8903A combines the functions of a distortion meter, SINAD meter, frequency counter, AC voltmeter, and FFT analyzer with a low-distortion audio source.
Agilent presents it as the next-generation audio analyzer to replace the HP 8903B, currently the most widely used analyzer. To facilitate the transition between the two, the U8903A audio analyzer incorporates an integrated code emulator that allows the U8903A to read the older R2D2 programming codes of the HP 8903B.
