With an output power of 6 dBm at 67 GHz and a wide power sweep range of >40 dB, the R&S ZVA67 can analyze the performance of any signal in active components, such as amplifiers. Its measurement bandwidth of up to 30 MHz allows for pulse profile measurements in amplifiers with a resolution of 12.5 ns. Together with the new 67 GHz power sensor, the R&S NRP-Z57, the instrument enables, for the first time, noise measurements up to 67 GHz without the need for an impedance adapter or noise source. The vector network analyzer measures relative and absolute group delay in frequency conversion components, such as mixers, even when the local oscillator (LO) is inaccessible.
