In the past year, software and e-commerce played a key role in helping organizations, including manufacturers and customers, succeed despite lockdowns. According to Gartner, “Subscriptions deliver recurring revenue and more frequent customer contact, helping organizations increase revenue and customer lifetime value.” [1]
Keysight's new e-commerce software offering expands its portfolio of software available for online purchase to over 300 software packages for testing, application, and design. It provides customers with access to the latest testing, measurement, and design software for agile purchase and delivers ongoing value to support their digital transformation.
Keysight's new software subscriptions, " bundle and save ," make it easy for customers to save on upfront investments with flexible, subscription-only licenses that offer high-value, pre-bundled solutions in rapidly evolving markets such as wireless communications, including 4G/LTE and 5G, IoT, and aerospace and defense. KeysightCare is included with these bundles and all subscription software purchases, ensuring customers always have access to the latest versions and support.
The first available packages are:
- PathWave Vector Signal Analysis (89600 VSA)
- PathWave X-Series Measurement Applications
- PathWave Signal Generation products
Each package is geared toward applications in different industries. For example, VSA packages are available in four configurations: Custom Modulation, Pulse Analysis, Wireless Connectivity, and Mobile Communications. Each package contains application-specific software modules.
“Building on the success of our multi-channel transactional ecosystem, Keysight’s new software e-commerce offerings simplify and accelerate customers’ ability to do business with Keysight while expanding access to our software portfolio,” said Nilesh Kamdar, director of software business and operations at Keysight. “The pricing of the new software packages is designed to deliver significant upfront cost savings and ongoing value to support customers’ digital transformation initiatives. This allows customers to shift software budgets from CapEx to OpEx to improve cash flow, gain the flexibility to adjust as their business needs change, and capture the greatest value by keeping their software up-to-date and supported.”
