Following the launch of the WebdynEasy LoRaWAN, which covers a wide range of LoRa applications, Webdyn is launching the ExpertLoRaWAN, a powerful industrial device for this technology with all the capabilities of a router, thanks to its integrated Titan software. This device allows connection to a wide range of sensors and transmits the collected data at the EU868 frequency to any IoT platform via Ethernet or 4G/3G. The device is easily configured through a web server interface. It can act as a LoRa Packet Forwarder, but also has an integrated LoRaWAN network server for building a complete private network.
The ExpertLoRaWAN includes comprehensive software that provides it with all the router's functionalities.
Thanks to its software, Webdyn's latest device functions as a fully featured smart router, including routing, port forwarding, data logging, Modbus reading, and more. The ExpertLoRaWAN also provides Ethernet IP or 4G-LTE IP backhaul, and its DIN rail mounting allows for easy installation. Another key strength is its compatibility with a wide range of sensors on the market designed to work with LoRa technology.
The ExpertLoRaWAN can be used in countless IoT applications.
In Smart CitiesFor example, extremely low energy is needed to manage smart parking systems, where a huge network needs to periodically send data to manage the parking facilities. In smart home and smart building management, it's necessary to monitor different sensors (temperature, lighting, alarms, etc.) and meters (electricity, water, gas, etc.) several times a day.
In Smart Agriculture For example, it is necessary to monitor the level of the silos and turn the valves on and off.
In Smart Healthcare It can be very useful for tracking Covid-19 contacts, monitoring air quality and social distancing, managing surveillance devices, etc. The same can be said for many other IoT verticals such as Smart Metering, Industry 4.0, Smart Retail, Smart Supply Chain & Logistics, and more.
