These connectors are used in lighting wiring and permanent electrical installations in the construction sector. The non-watertight system is suitable for indoor lighting and electrical installations; the watertight system, on the other hand, is designed for outdoor use and harsh environments.

The Nector M range includes connectors with both waterproof and non-waterproof systems. All feature plug-and-play functionality, ideal for rewiring electrical systems, and their small, circular design takes up less space than traditional rectangular alternatives, simplifying cable routing.

These connectors have an effective locking functionality and utilize various mechanical features to help eliminate wiring errors, allowing for quick, risk-free installation.

The multifunctional and modular "plug-n-play" design makes it very easy to use. Installers can prepare the components off-site, reducing the time spent in the installation area.

The Nector M system offers a complete range with 3, 5, 6 and 7 poles for connecting to the electrical installation in commercial and industrial applications, the range including connectors for panel and PCB mounting, suspension installations, splitter connectors and couplers.

The 3-pole connectors are an ideal solution for lighting fixtures, ceilings, and walls requiring grounding in residential and commercial spaces; the 5-pole system offers power and signal connections for lighting control applications (e.g., DALI); and the 7-pole option is suitable for use in emergency lighting and heat control systems. The non-watertight system has IP20 protection and is ideal for applications in shops, schools, shopping centers, offices and hotels; on the other hand, the watertight system has IP67 protection making it ideal for outdoor applications – street lighting – and applications for shipbuilding, residential, greenhouses and hospitals.

The Nector M range of connectors has been designed to offer a comprehensive solution compliant with IEC 61535 and UL 1977.
