Designed for easy PCB mounting, EZ-Spring contacts are used as ground or shielding contacts for metal frames or shields, or even for general electrical connections between PCBs or similar components. Mounted in a row, the contacts can provide excellent RFI shielding for metal doors or other enclosure systems. The contact design ensures positive contact with the contact surface and is resistant to both cleaning and slippage.
Individual clips are supplied in tape and reel packaging for automatic placement, reducing manufacturing costs by eliminating time-consuming secondary assembly operations.
