It is particularly intended, among other applications, for on-site installations for robotic, machine, automation, railway and industrial telecommunications applications, and embedded applications.

 

The UTO RJ45 connector is distinguished above all by its ease of assembly. Simply take any new or used cable, manually break off the standard locking tab, and insert it into a jack. The locking system secures and holds the cable in place. Thanks to this system, unlike competing models, the UTO RJ45 consists of only three main parts that the operator is not at risk of losing during assembly.

new3Another advantage of the UTO RJ45 is its robust mechanical and environmental performance. It is highly resistant to shocks and vibrations and offers excellent temperature performance, operating within a range of -40°C to 85°C. Furthermore, the UTO boasts an IP67 rating and is resistant to salt spray (96 hours for the black anodized ring version) and UV radiation. It is rated for 500 operations.
The UTO RJ45 is equipped with the particularly ergonomic locking mechanism of the “TRIM TRIO®” family: a 1/3-turn bayonet locking mechanism with a sensitive and audible click that ensures a secure connection. It is available in a square collar version (4 screws) or a center-nut version. It supports 10BaseT, 100BaseTX, and 1000BaseT Ethernet networks, Cat5e according to TIA/EIA 568B, and Class D according to ISO/IEC 11801.
