It is possible to combine several male and female connectors to achieve precise distances between two boards using these mechanically stable connectors. This eliminates the need for purely mechanical spacers in certain situations.
For WR-BTB connectors with a 1 mm pitch, board distances of 7.6 mm, 9.6 mm, 11.6 mm, 12.6 mm, and 14.6 mm can be achieved. For connectors with a 0.8 mm pitch, even more combinations are possible, allowing for distances between 4.9 mm and 15.9 mm. These high-quality connectors are designed for operating temperatures from -55 to +85 °C.
