The 50-pin male connectors measure just 24.2 mm x 4.7 mm and are available in various heights and sidewall thicknesses. They feature secure, blind-locked connections and are color-coded. A unique feature of these connectors is their double-sided spring contact, which ensures maximum reliability.


Robust connectors2To support various mezzanine PCB applications, orthogonal and coplanar combinations are available. These connectors range in height from 5 mm to 20 mm. Despite their miniaturization, the new MicroCon connectors offer high mating tolerances, with permissible longitudinal and transverse misalignment tolerances of ±0.7 mm. The permissible angular tilt tolerance is specified at ±4 degrees.


They are specified for more than 500 connection cycles and their current capacity per contact is up to 0.5 A at 20 ºC.
