Ideal for solid-state lighting applications where space is limited, this GCT solution combines a vertical SMT socket and a U-shaped header, enabling horizontal PCB connection with top-mounted bonding. The GCT solution allows LED strip PCBs to be inserted and a U-shaped header connected later, offering the added benefit of easier repair and maintenance.
The GCT White Lite connector range is available in 2-6 circuits, vertical connection (BG306), with either single insulator (BG304) or double insulator (BG305) U-shaped headers.
The insulators are LCP (liquid crystal polymers) in natural colors for a better aesthetic effect; the light-colored pieces reduce light absorption and minimize shadows.
