The push-push SIM connectors allow a Micro SIM card to be pushed into position; a second push activates a spring that ejects the card. This feature eliminates the need to manually remove small Micro SIM cards. Push-push technology is typically used in applications where the end user inserts a card from outside the device. The connector is usually mounted on the edge of a PCB with the mating face accessible through the customer's panel design.
