Offering a new level of connectivity, the rugged NTC-140W includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports and high-speed WiFi along with support for vehicle power socket, GPS and ignition input for mobile assets.
The NetComm Wireless NTC-140W connects to most of the 300 LTE networks currently deployed in 107 countries[1], enabling the collection, analysis, and integrated management of large amounts of data from remote and self-managed applications as key markets continue to expand 4G LTE network coverage and deployments.
With a penta-band 4G module, the NTC-140W provides super-fast connectivity to global 4G LTE networks and offers penta-band 3G support to cover 3G networks worldwide. The device ensures reliable connectivity for time-critical systems, telehealth services, and disaster recovery applications, with automatic 3G connection recovery outside of 4G coverage areas and instant 4G recovery mode when the Gigabit Ethernet ports are used as an alternative internet connection. Integrated VPN clients also provide a secure connection over public mobile networks.
The powerful processor delivers optimal performance, and its integrated NetComm Linux OS and Software Development Kit (SDK) allow for the installation of custom firmware on the integrated flash memory via the programming interface. Its polycarbonate and rubber enclosure is mountable, designed for rugged deployments, and also provides high temperature tolerance, making it ideal for remote and industrial environments.
