In all cases the equipment incorporates an internal 90-240Vac power supply, avoiding the need for an external power supply with the consequent savings in cost and installation space.
Industrial design
The S1000-LI family is designed to comply with IEC61850-3 and IEEE1613 standards.
They withstand operating temperatures between -40ºC and +75ºC. Furthermore, their MTBF reaches 35 years and the warranty period is 3 years.
The Gazelle S1000i-LI family supports a bus with a switching capacity of up to 12.8 Gbit/s, providing wire-speed performance on all ports for video transmission or other bandwidth-intensive services. It also supports 802.1x authentication and static MAC address assignment to interfaces to prevent unauthorized access. Additionally, it supports storm control, port blocking, and port mirroring for monitoring services and traffic on any port, enabling the detection and confirmation of malicious attacks.graphic-switches-davantel-w
The Gazelle S1000i-LI family allows ring formation on any interface and supports multiple protocols including STP and G.8032 (ERPS) with a switching time of less than 50ms.
It also supports 8 output queues on any interface and 3 scheduling modes: SP, WRR, and SP+WRR. Additionally, it supports bidirectional 64 Kbit rate limiting.
Traffic policing ACL. Supports basic and advanced IP ACLs based on source or destination IP, VRF protocol, source and destination interface, DSCP and TTL.
It also supports MAC ACL based on source and destination MAC, Ethtype, SVLAN, CVLAN, CoS, and inner CoS.
The Gazelle S1000i-LI family supports 256 MAC ACL rules, 256 IP ACL rules, 64 IPv6 ACL rules, and 128 user-defined ACL rules.
It supports SNMP and can be managed through the NView NNM platform, which offers 'topology discovery' functionality, facilitating initial configuration.
They also support other configuration methods such as CLI, SSH, Web, and Telnet.
