ATEN's CS1942 and CS1944 switches are a new generation of KVMP switches that offer numerous features and top-level technology, despite their small size, including the Mini DisplayPort video interface.
The switches allow you to operate two (CS1942) or up to four (CS1944) computers from a single control point with two monitors placed side-by-side. Being compatible with multiple platforms (including Linux), the switches also allow for the integration of a Mac. Both the CS1942 and CS1944 combine a 2- or 4-port Mini DisplayPort with dual USB 2.0 ports and a front-panel USB fast-charging port for mobile devices.
The devices offer the latest digital display and audio technologies currently available: a 2600 x 1600 resolution at 60Hz and a 3D display with 1920 x 1080 pixels at 120Hz, as well as surround sound with SPDIF ports.
The CS533 is a control unit that allows you to access a computer (PC or Mac) and two Bluetooth-enabled devices (such as tablets, smartphones, and game consoles) from a USB keyboard and mouse. The new CS533 converts the standard signals from a USB keyboard and mouse to Bluetooth. This eliminates the need to purchase a separate Bluetooth keyboard or mouse for mobile devices.
The KM switch sends USB signals via the Bluetooth HID profile to a smartphone or tablet. Users can quickly switch between the keyboard and mouse and their chosen device using various shortcut key combinations. As a hardware solution, the CS533 requires no driver or software installation.
