As part of a broader strategy, Juan Carlos will lead a series of initiatives and programs aimed at consolidating the company's shift to a distribution model, leveraging Westcon-Comstor as Mitel's wholesaler, and boosting the company's presence in the increasingly important market for unified communications and collaboration in general, and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).
