Customer relations in each country will continue to be managed by Sales Directors Pilar Martín in Spain and Raúl Castro in Portugal. All other business areas and support functions will now operate according to the Iberian model. This change reflects the market trend toward pan-Iberian business models and allows the distributor to strengthen its operations in both countries.

“Many of our larger manufacturers and partners are also adopting Iberian models, so this change helps us align more closely with them and facilitate doing business ,” said Dominique Deklerck, Senior Vice President for Benelux, Iberia, and Italy at TD SYNNEX. “This is really the culmination of a long journey, in which several of our business units and functions have been operating on an Iberian model for some time, so we expect the transition to be seamless. We have big plans to grow our business in Iberia and support our partners in the region in their business transformations,” Deklerck added.

“I am especially proud to lead the new TD SYNNEX organization in Iberia and I look forward to working with Luis Pires and our entire team in this new and promising phase,” said Paulí Amat, Managing Director for Iberia at TD SYNNEX. “We will focus on growing our comprehensive portfolio of solutions and services, delivering operational excellence, and strengthening our trusted relationships with the industry, with the same unwavering passion for our customers’ success.”
