The new products include high-definition video cameras, thermal imaging cameras, and network video recorders designed to save on installation and upgrade costs, as they operate over a building's existing network or cabling infrastructure.

RS469-FLIR security systems-wFLIR's IP (Internet Protocol) range includes weatherproof bullet cameras, vandal-resistant dome cameras, and an eight-channel network video recorder (NVR) designed to connect and be powered over Ethernet. Three system packages with a variety of NVR configurations are also available. All configurations deliver HD-quality images, along with advanced features such as FLIR Cloud, which provides secure remote access.
FLIR's MPX (Megapixel over Coax) CCTV technology delivers video quality up to 2.1 MP over a single RG59/RG6-compatible coaxial cable, allowing existing analog surveillance systems to be upgraded to HD without the cost of rewiring. In addition to zero-latency HD video and audio transmission, the MPX product range supports UTC (Up-the-Coax) control of PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras and OSD (on-screen display) menu options. FLIR MPX products include the new Mini Eyeball bullet and dome cameras, as well as camera and DVR packages, ideal for system upgrades.
The two new FLIR TCX Mini Bullet thermal imaging cameras provide clear visual surveillance in complete darkness, bright sunlight, or through smoke, dust, or light fog. Long-wave infrared (LWIR) technology allows for the combination of 24/7 high-contrast thermal imaging with video motion detection (VMD) in a single, affordable camera. It can be used for a variety of applications, including intrusion detection, video alarm verification, lighting control, retail traffic monitoring, and queue management.
