Around 90% of the global threats blocked by Trend Micro in the first half of 2019 arrived via email. Increasingly, many of these attempts do not contain malicious URLs or attachments, making them difficult for traditional security tools to detect.
To address this situation and protect Gmail and Outlook inboxes worldwide, the latest version of Trend Micro Security includes the Fraud Buster feature, which uses artificial intelligence to identify the subject and understand the intentions of phishing and fraudulent emails.
Another new feature in the latest version of Trend Micro Security is the updated Gaming Mode/Mute Mode function, which will automatically stop non-critical notifications when the user is playing games or watching movies in full-screen mode.
