The DANFOSS VLT® LCP 103 wireless communication device communicates with MyDrive® Connect – a downloadable app for iOS – and compatible Android smart devices. MyDrive® Connect provides full access to the frequency converter, simplifying commissioning, operation, monitoring, and maintenance. This enables smarter troubleshooting, improving the user experience and ultimately saving energy.
The VLT® LCP 103 wireless communication device displays the current status of the converter (On, Warning, Alarm, Wi-Fi Connection) using its built-in LEDs. Detailed information, including status messages, startup menus, and alarms/warnings, can be accessed from a smart device using MyDrive® Connect. Data can also be visualized through graphs that document the converter's performance over time. Thanks to an active point-to-point wireless connection, maintenance personnel can receive real-time error messages via the app, ensuring a rapid response to potential problems and minimizing downtime.
Copies of the converter parameters can be stored either in the internal memory of the VLT® LCP 103 wireless communication device or on your smart device using the LCP's advanced copy function. These logs can be shared via MyDrive® Connect, enabling all team members to collaborate on troubleshooting. The safe control parameter allows the user to determine the converter's response in the event of a lockup or loss of connection with the application.
