The electronic module brand Cebek has developed a new range of RF modules that responds to these applications, offering wireless communication and allowing continuous monitoring in remote areas using its "G3 special" series transmitters-receivers.
The “special G3” family consists of two long-range, two-channel RF transmitters, the TL-327 and TL-328, capable of controlling receivers located between 100 and 300 meters away, respectively. Their receivers are the TL-615 and TL-616, two-channel transmitters configurable for timed, monostable, or bistable response, and powered by either 12 VDC or 230 VAC, depending on the model.
Its operation is characterized by a cyclical check, every 10 seconds, of the status of its inputs, sending a confirmation signal between the transmitter and receiver.
When the receiver stops receiving the control signal for a cycle, it rules out a possible transmission failure, and if it does not recover in the next cycle (a total of 20 seconds), it stops the connection of the built-in relay, which acts as a transmission chain for the probe or equipment being monitored and executes the notification of the status change at the source.
Among their various functions, the receivers can operate simultaneously with different groups of transceivers within the same coverage area, without disabling each other and achieving outstanding performance thanks to optimized communication frames that provide high immunity to interference.
They also operate with self-changing coding, a "roller-code" security system that prevents the copying or fraudulent manipulation of the transceiver transmission system.
The smart pairing function, whereby each receiver can be assigned up to 5 transmitters, also enables the design of conditional control systems, where the status change notification is only activated when it is triggered at the same time in all transmitters.
