The RRU series features the industry's smallest and lightest dual-PA radio frequency module. Measuring only two-thirds the size of similar products, it is easy to install and virtually invisible. In response to the growing environmental protection trend, this technology helps operators require less space to deploy their networks.
The RRU series offers high power, bandwidth, and 2T4R capabilities. Its high power capabilities enable GSM mobile systems and long-term LTE networks to operate in dual-mode at high capacity. The bandwidth capabilities allow for adaptation to dispersed frequency bands, thus reducing the number of required power supplies and RF modules by half. The four-way receiver significantly improves uplink coverage, extending battery life in mobile devices. Therefore, the RRU supports GSM operators by facilitating a dual-mode LTE network in a single step.
The URR series also supports 4T4R functionality, and a single RRU can support multi-input MIMO technology. The nearly 50% reduction in size allows for twice the data rate, resulting in quick and easy installation. Combined with AC technology, peak single-user data rates can exceed 1Gbps.
