The DSA800 Series spectrum analyzer is available in a frequency range of 9 kHz to 1.5 GHz. It has a typical mean displayed noise level (DANL) of -135 dBm for accurate measurements. The phase-shift noise is -80 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz for high-frequency stability with a minimum bandwidth resolution (RBW) of 100 Hz. A preamplifier and AM/FM demodulation function are standard on this instrument. In terms of connectivity, the DSA800 is equipped with standard interfaces such as LAN, USB Host, USB devices, and GPIB (optional), making it easy to integrate into complete production test solutions.
For flexibility in a wide range of measurements, numerous options are available, including a 1.5 GHz tracking generator, EMI filter and quasi-peak detector kit, VSWR measurement kit, 19-inch rack mount, and many advanced measurement functions.
