If space is limited, an existing system with only one free slot can be expanded with two-port VNA capabilities and s parameters. For applications such as mass device testing and complex wafer testing, a single chassis can be loaded with up to sixteen PXI VNA modules for use as multiple two-port VNAs, a single 32-port VNA, or a combination of both.

Six models are available, offering frequency coverage from 300 kHz to 4, 6.5, 9, 14, 20, or 26.5 GHz. Currently, competing PXI VNA products only reach 8.5 GHz, occupy two or three slots, and cost significantly more than Keysight's 9 GHz model.

“Keysight remains the world leader in vector network analytics by offering customers excellent choices in terms of price, performance, and capacity,” said Gregg Peters, Vice President and General Manager of Keysight’s Component Testing Division. “With our new PXI VNA, we now offer a product with a form factor that meets the evolving needs of numerous industries, including aerospace, defense, and mobile communications.”.

The PXI VNA utilizes the measurement science and calibration technology of Keysight's popular PNA vector network analyzers. The PXI models also feature a graphical user interface that looks and feels the same as the PNA family, making the transition to PXI easy.

The M9370A Series is now available worldwide.

Optional capabilities include time domain analysis, calibrated N-port measurement, and other VNA functions and capabilities.
