The new frequency options for the E5063A cover the frequency ranges of 100 kHz to 500 MHz (option 205), 1.5 GHz (option 215), 3.0 GHz (option 235), 6.5 GHz (option 265), and 14 GHz (option 2D5). These options complement the existing 4.5, 8.5, and 18 GHz measurement capabilities of the E5063A. Flexible frequency upgrades are also available to meet future needs and protect your equipment investment.
