The AQ6361 optical spectrum analyzer offers up to 20 times the measurement speed of the best-selling AQ6370E. This drastically reduces production testing time for customers' optical devices and allows them to significantly improve production efficiency.
2. Compact Design
The new model is approximately half the size of the AQ6370E. This compact design is a direct response to customer requests for a measuring device that occupies minimal bench space. The model is also suitable for integration into laser diode chip testers and other test systems.
3. High Optical Performance:
The AQ6361 offers a wavelength resolution of 0.03 nm and a wavelength range of 1200 to 1700 nm. Furthermore, it provides high dynamic range measurements with excellent stray light suppression performance of 73 dB. These characteristics make it adaptable for various optical module testing applications.
