The R&S ZNB3000 offers a dynamic range of up to 150 dB, a trace noise level of less than 0.0015 dB (RMS), and the highest output power, for example, +11 dBm at 26.5 GHz, enabling better loss compensation in the setup. The instrument's segmented sweep function utilizes flexible intermediate frequency bandwidths (IFBW) and power levels to accelerate measurements of different parts of the filter structure. Filters can be easily tested and tuned to meet pass/fail limits. By using external switching matrices, it can be scaled to up to 48 ports for multi-port measurements. Furthermore, numerous software and hardware options are available, enabling a wider range of applications. The R&S ZNB3000 can be used in both RF laboratories and production lines. In both cases, understanding the actual uncertainty under specific test conditions is essential. Until now, calculating the measurement uncertainty of the S-parameter results of the device under examination was only possible in metrology laboratories. With the R&S ZNB3-K50(P) option, developed in cooperation with METAS, the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology, the R&S ZNB3000 can perform this calculation itself. It automatically calculates the measurement uncertainty bands and displays them alongside the measured S-parameters.
IDA-3106 interference analyzer that also locates impulse signals
Narda Safety Test Solutions has added new features to the IDA-3106 Interference and Address Analyzer that allow for even faster and more reliable location of interference and unknown signals. It is possible to locate pulsed or sporadic signals using a scan...
