DuraClik Vertical connector-wIn addition, they are used in electric bicycles, trucks, cranes, factory automation equipment, and other applications exposed to high vibrations.

The Molex DuraClik series includes rectangular and now vertical configuration connectors to address space constraints and facilitate harness installation. The new vertical configuration connectors feature vertically mounted connections on boards. They are specifically designed to simplify harness installation in space-constrained automotive applications. A sealed contact design protects against dust ingress and damage. The internal positive locking mechanism ensures a secure connection and prevents the closure from breaking due to wire tangling.

DuraClik connectors meet the requirements of automotive compartments with a maximum operating temperature of 105°C. An audible click confirms secure connector engagement. Both the rectangular and vertical configurations of the 2.00 mm pitch DuraClik wire-to-board connectors utilize a shockproof SMT design with wide solder lugs. In automotive vibration resistance tests, DuraClik connectors withstand upward pull forces of 100 N (10 kgf), ensuring a firm connection to the printed circuit board under high vibration conditions.

Molex DuraClik connectors are available in sizes from 2 to 12 circuits.
