Fujitsu RunMyProcess' RunMyBuilding is a portal for facility managers, offering a customizable and individually configurable menu for building management. It allows both managers and users to view, book, and manage building services and facilities through the portal. Additional functionality for tenants is also available via the RunMyApp mobile interface, downloadable from the iOS and Android app stores. RunMyBuilding serves as the integration platform for value-added workflows, combining two or more digital services.

Fujitsu RunMyProcess has been working with the Berlin Innovation Agency (BIA) and its partner ecosystem to develop a fully functional service portal demonstrator and will present the application at the upcoming BIA Smart City Hub online meeting on April 28.

- Comydo: The QR codes generated by the software allow for the management of temporary or ad-hoc access to rooms and buildings via an online calendar, using a smart IoT device. This simplifies building management tasks, such as access control for service personnel or the temporary subletting of rooms.
