A range of connector modules is available that snaps into the housing quickly, easily, and securely without tools. This range allows users to mix and match various socket styles to meet initial socket density or connectivity requirements, or, more importantly, to accommodate evolving connectivity needs.
Current standard power distribution units offer little to no flexibility, meaning users must either install single-outlet units or purchase power cables or transformers to make equipment connectors compatible with multi-outlets.
In addition to flexibility in configuration and product selection, the modules can be hot-swapped at any time after initial installation. Simply disconnect the devices connected to the module being replaced, remove the original module, and press in the replacement. All other modules will continue to function correctly. This also reduces installation and equipment downtime and increases the lifespan of the multi-outlet unit.
