The coded patterns on the connection face prevent incorrect plug combinations. The connectors are standardized according to IEC 61076-2-111 and listed according to UL 2237. M12 connector patterns are smaller than 7/8-inch connectors. This allows you to supply compact, high-power equipment and motors from a decentralized location.
The new five-pole K-series connectors are designed for AC applications up to 16 A and 630 V. DC applications in the low-voltage range up to 16 A and 63 V are covered by the new L-series connectors. These are available in a four-pole version as well as a five-pole variant with four conductors and a functional earth contact. Optional 360° shielding provides reliable EMC protection. The Speedcon locking system allows for quick and easy assembly of the connectors.
