It features an expanded platen and cable wrapping machine compatibility, along with two available font sizes (3 mm and 5 mm). The PES400 machine exceeds the maximum character count of competing products, with the 3 mm font size fitting up to 25 characters on a single line and up to 75 characters on a plate.

The PES400 machine is compatible with all nameplates and labels from the previous model. It handles both smaller and larger nameplates and labels and offers new 3- and 4-plate marking configurations. With a rugged, durable design for use in harsh environments, the PES400 also features an improved external hopper design and seamless integration with Easy Mark Plus™ labeling software. This enables fast legend printing and accurate previewing, saving time and reducing printing costs. The machine is dual voltage, supporting both 110/120V and 220/240V. It also comes with EU and US plugs.
