Clipzin™, described as the edge connector for the IoT generation, simplifies manufacturing and modularization by promoting sustainability through reuse and easy upgrades during operation. Clipzin™ allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection of sensor, communication, and computing modules, such as the new Raspberry Pi Pico. Designed for use from prototyping to production, this retaining clip ensures modules stay securely in place after assembly or during operation, while also allowing for easy PCB swapping later if needed. This makes it the ideal solution for designers and provides the necessary security for production.

Before Clipzin™, modules like the PicoW required users to solder connectors inserted into the PicoW, in addition to attaching a connector to the board. Clipzin™ only requires installing a surface-mount connector on the board, greatly improving production efficiency.
