Like Archer .8, these new 0.5mm pitch connectors meet all the technical requirements expected by electrical designers of modern industrial equipment. The materials are RoHS and REACH SVHC compliant and halogen-free. Designed without compromise, they incorporate 30, 40, 80, and 100 pins with a very small pitch, yet each contact still has the capacity to conduct a current of 0.5A.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 85°C, and the board-to-board stacking height is 8 mm. Like all Harwin products, Archer .5 incorporates reliability and safety by design. Its polarization features ensure correct orientation and alignment to prevent connection errors, and its protective cover safeguards the contacts from accidental damage. Supplied on ribbons and reels, these connectors do not require a separate pick-and-place cap, simplifying automated assembly.
