The core of the solution is the new TE series of high-voltage module (HCM) inserts, which comply with the RUSP directive. Available in both 250 A and 350 A versions (with a maximum current of up to 250 A/350 A), and with 1 to 4 contact positions, the HDCs offer a wide range of connection solutions to meet the specific needs of a variety of applications. With excellent insulation performance, a rated voltage of 2000 V, and a voltage withstand capability of up to 12 kV, these crimp inserts are available for wire diameters according to application requirements: HCM250: 35–70 mm²; HCM350: 35–120 mm². The inserts exceed 500 crimp cycles.

The new IP68-rated housings protect these HCM inserts. Made from a powder-coated aluminum alloy, these housings offer excellent performance in harsh outdoor environments. The stainless steel screw-locking mechanism ensures a secure connection. With up to 500 hours of salt spray corrosion resistance, these housings feature a durable construction for a long and stable service life.
