AN Consult presents the Helmholz PROFINET Managed Switch, which provides all this in a compact DIN rail unit with four 100 Mbps ports. The PROFINET Switch is integrated into the automation environment via a GSDML file, making it ready for immediate use. Configuration can also be performed via the web interface or through Telnet, SSH, and USB.

You can quickly and easily configure and manage supported PROFINET protocols such as LLDP and DCP, as well as diagnostic alarms. Another feature is the ability to adjust the transfer rate of each individual port up to 100 Mbps. The switch is a Class B compliant PROFINET device and ensures reliable transfer through ring redundancy via the MRP client.

- Network configuration assignment based on device name
- Enable/Disable port
- Configure PROFINET switch as an MRP client
- Set limit for DCP/LLDP port
