The RTU32M's flexible and modular architecture allows you to start with a CPU and power supply, and then add I/O modules or system modules (4x Serial, 4x Ethernet, VGA, etc.). It features a powerful, future-proof CPU, thanks to the i.MX6 900MHz processor, which runs the embedded RT operating system and offers guaranteed long-term availability as an industrial device.

Distributed Inputs and Outputs:
An RTU solution with up to 60 I/O modules can be created in a fixed or segmented configuration, distributed across multiple segments/blocks.
Enhanced I/O Processing: In addition to reporting data values, the modules also report data quality, firmware and hardware revisions, status, date and time of the last change (1 ms resolution), and serial numbers. The RTU32M is compact, with front-mounted terminations. Each module measures only 110 mm high x 25 mm wide x 95 mm deep.

Each module is mounted on the DIN rail.

A module can be replaced/exchanged while the RTU module is operational. The module's configuration parameters will be updated automatically.

You can add another power supply to share the load and take control if the other unit fails, or add another CPU module to increase system availability.

Configure RTU from a tablet or smartphone. The WiFi option allows secure access to the RTU web server using a browser to easily manage RTU settings and view data values and graphs.

Data security, configuration access restrictions, and version control have been enhanced to meet the latest industry requirements and expectations. Other new features include HTTPS (secure, encrypted web connections) and VPN (with support for multiple connections).

The RTU32M includes HSR (High Availability Seamless Redundancy) and PRP (Parallel Redundancy Protocol) and network bonding. These interfaces are used in substation automation applications to provide parallel and ring network topologies.

The RTU32M includes industry-standard utility protocols. Many products claim to have RTU functionality, but most do not have a complete set of protocols. The RTU32M protocols include: MODBUS, IEC60870, DNP3, IEC61850, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, MQTT, and SNMP.

Configuration via Web Server and HTML5 User Screens:RTU32M 2
Configuration and data are accessible. The RTU32M web server allows access to RTU configuration. Change port settings, update firmware, monitor network activity, and modify other options from a web interface. Publish user screens as HTML pages so users can view them on their tablets, PCs, and smartphones.
