The ITT universal contact for angular alignment applications consists of a front bar that allows coupling at a 90° angle while maintaining the dimensions of a standard universal contact. Its features include a 2.5 mm clearance height, 1.0 mm deflection, and XYX movement relative to the coupling device. High-quality welding prevents burr formation in the critical area of ​​the bar, and lateral reinforcements prevent excessive stress on the bar. Other features include a domed contact for high vibration forces and a minimum preload of 0.3 N. The contact pitch is 1.35 mm.
